If you are in the US, you are starting to become familiar with the great Nneka. But if you lived in Europe , you already had the privilege and the pleasure to know her voice.I am more than a big fan of her. She is in that category of artists you'd like to see more often.When I woke up this morning/afternoon ( blame it on the insomnia) one of my favorite twitter friends @earlybird2001 sent this video. And it's a good great way to start the day.
Pour une fois que l'Europe est en avance sur les Etats Unis.Nneka , la grande Nneka, fait ses débuts au pays de l'oncle Sam avec la sortie de son album US Concrete Jungle ( qui est un mix de ses deux précédents albums sortis en Europe).Ce matin/midi ( Ah la douce joie de l'insomnie!) un de mes super twit friends préférés @earlybird2001 m'a envoyé cette vidéo et en tant que grande fan et admiratrice de la belle je ne peux que partager (en plus c'est ma chanson préférée ) .

It's her energy, her voice, her style.This new song with the rock influences isn't what I was expected to hear from her in a very very good great way.Actually "Yeaaahhhh" was the first thing that came to my mind when I listened to the snippet.And the thing is now I just want more and more.What about you ?

Pour démontrer à quel point j'ai adoré la chanson,j'ai écouté l'extrait de "Ragdoll" aux environs de 20 Heures et il est actuellement 6 Heures du matin.Je suis restée éveillée pour recevoir la version complète et pouvoir poster ce billet.Si vous avez raté mon billet précédent sur Brittany Bosco, il n'est pas trop tard et je propose même une séance de rattrapage. Brittany Bosco est une artiste que j'aime beaucoup. Pourquoi j'aime? Parce que sa voix, son énergie, son style en font une artiste unique.J'avoue qu'elle m'a prise de court avec cette nouvelle chanson, premier extrait de son album à venir Black dans le très très bon sens du terme.Maintenant j'en veux plus.Et vous qu'en pensez vous ?

So Sharon Jones And The Dap Kings are back!!!!! Their 4th album will be released in May. I love Sharon Jones soulful voice, her energy and I'm more than thrilled to hear new material from them.This is the first single of the upcoming album entitled "I Learned The Hard Way" just like the album.

The Grammy Awards ceremony this year wasn't what I expected.I even wished Kanye and Lil Mama would be there to bring some craziness to this show.There were good perfomances ( some greater than others) and some well I didnt T Pain last night.
La cérémonie des Grammy Awards 2010 a été un peu décevante cette année. Je dois avouer que je m'attendais à mieux. A certains moments j'ai même souhaité que Kanye et Lil Mama nous fassent un remake des VMAs. Il y'a eu de bonnes performances et d'autres ....Je n'avais vraiment pas besoin de T Pain vraiment pas.
