But if you lived in Europe , you already had the privilege and the pleasure to know her voice.I am more than a big fan of her. She is in that category of artists you'd like to see more often.When I woke up this morning/afternoon ( blame it on the insomnia) one of my favorite twitter friends @earlybird2001 sent this video. And it's a good great way to start the day.

Pour une fois que l'Europe est en avance sur les Etats Unis.Nneka , la grande Nneka, fait ses débuts au pays de l'oncle Sam avec la sortie de son album US Concrete Jungle ( qui est un mix de ses deux précédents albums sortis en Europe).Ce matin/midi ( Ah la douce joie de l'insomnie!) un de mes super twit friends préférés @earlybird2001 m'a envoyé cette vidéo et en tant que grande fan et admiratrice de la belle je ne peux que partager (en plus c'est ma chanson préférée ) .

I heard the snippet of the song at around 8 PM and I stayed up until now *looks at the clock* 6:02AM to have the full version write about it.If you're still not familiar with Brittany Bosco, you still have time to catch up with my post about what you should have had listened to in 2009. But I'm more than glad to repeat what I've written.Brittany Bosco is a talented singer.What makes her a great artist? It's her energy, her voice, her style.This new song with the rock influences isn't what I was expected to hear from her in a very very good great way.Actually "Yeaaahhhh" was the first thing that came to my mind when I listened to the snippet.And the thing is now I just want more and more.What about you ?

Pour démontrer à quel point j'ai adoré la chanson,j'ai écouté l'extrait de "Ragdoll" aux environs de 20 Heures et il est actuellement 6 Heures du matin.Je suis restée éveillée pour recevoir la version complète et pouvoir poster ce billet.Si vous avez raté mon billet précédent sur Brittany Bosco, il n'est pas trop tard et je propose même une séance de rattrapage. Brittany Bosco est une artiste que j'aime beaucoup. Pourquoi j'aime? Parce que sa voix, son énergie, son style en font une artiste unique.J'avoue qu'elle m'a prise de court avec cette nouvelle chanson, premier extrait de son album à venir Black dans le très très bon sens du terme.Maintenant j'en veux plus.Et vous qu'en pensez vous ?

Just last week,I was listening to Vivian Green's "Emotional Rollercoaster" wondering what ever happened to her.And I think she heard me cause few days after, "Beautiful" appeared.I really want to think that she's maybe working on a follow up to Vivian released in 2005.But one thing is sure, she still got her vocal abilities and it feels good to hear her again.

La semaine dernière, je me suis replongée dans ma discographie de Vivian Green et je succombais de nouveau en écoutant son "Emotional Rollercoaster".Je me suis alors demandé ce qu'elle était devenue.Par miracle (oui oui !!) elle a entendu mon message et quelques jours après, apparaissait "Beautiful".J'espère vraiment que c'est un signe du retour de l'artiste car il est évident qu'elle n'a rien perdu de sa voix depuis son dernier opus Vivian sorti en 2005.

J'adore l'univers Gorillaz, leur musique, leur univers virtuel, leur clips vidéos. Demon Days, leur dernier album date déja de 5 ans et cette année ils sont de retour avec Plastic Beach. Et vu les guests présents, je pense que cet album a un énorme potentiel ( Je n'ai jamais été décue par Gorillaz de toute facon ) et le premier single est tout simplement génial.J'ai hâte d'entendre tout l'album!! Sortie prévue le 8 Mars 2010.

Thanks to a Twitter friend of mine, I've been introduced to his music and I was just amazed by the songs.Like his fellow Boston phenomenon Eli "Paperboy" Reed, Jesse Dee is a Soul man, he's also a Blues man but above all that he's a talented man!He released his fist album Bittersweet Batch released last year is just pure "Soul Food".And actually it's more "sweet" than "bitter", 12 songs and everything is there: it's bluesy, it's soulful. If you don't believe me listen to the song and watch the videos after the French post. And let me know your thoughts...
